We take great care to package our plants for the absolute best protection from the stress of shipping. We always strive to meet and exceed our customers’ expectations about our store, and we will always try to solve any problems with our products. 

Sometimes our plants may have some small details that may be of concern to you, such as brown edges, leaves with holes, a broken leaf, and other details that might make them look distressed from the shipping, we apologize for this but the shipping environment is something out of our control. It is vital that when the plant arrives, it is carefully removed, watered, and put in the open air as soon as possible.
